Refund and Return Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Once an item is delivered to the customer, we do not accept any returns or process refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. No Returns or Refunds on Used or Unsealed Items
If the product’s seal is broken or the item has been used, no return or refund will be processed. To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been compromised.

3. Damaged Products on Arrival
If you receive a damaged product, we will initiate a return or refund process. However, to be eligible for this, you must provide an unboxing video. The video should clearly show:

The package being opened right from the start, before unsealing or using the product.
The damaged condition of the product.
Once we verify the video, we will either:

Replace the product, or
Initiate a refund, based on your preference.

4. No Exchanges for Different Products
We do not offer the option to exchange a product for another item. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
